At Ambinor AB, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the terms below.
Return period
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
This voluntary return period does not affect your statutory rights under EU law, which provide a minimum of 14 days.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, returned in its original packaging, include all original components, and be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Ambinor AB cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@ambinor.se and we will resolve the issue.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
Non-returnable items
Returns are not accepted for used products, gift cards, or custom or personalized products.
EU right of withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.
The item must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
